Can I change my mind after I have placed my order?

All cup orders should be confirmed during the ordering process and prior to checkout.  You are not able to make any changes or cancellations once your order has been placed.

Can you send me a picture of what my tumbler will look like?

All tumblers on our site will show the pattern of the design and a mockup of what the  design will look like on your tumbler.

Can I order a different tumbler other then what is listed?

You  can send us a email to purpleicekreations@gmail.com with a custom request, we will determine at that time if it is something we can do.  If not we may offer suggestions.

How long does it take to receive my tumbler?

We work on a large number of tumblers every week and are consistently busy filling orders.  We make  sure each tumbler gets our undivided attention so that you are getting your tumbler in 100% perfect condition.  Once your order has been placed please allow 5 to 7 business days for receipt.

Can I send you my own tumbler to be decorated?

Unfortunately we do not allow our customers to use their own tumblers, we prefer to work with the tumblers that we provide.

My tumbler came to me damaged, what should I do?

All orders are tracked once they are shipped.  If for any reason your tumbler arrives to you damaged you must IMMEDIATEDLY contact us VIA EMAIL within 48 hours.  You will need to send pictures of the tumbler and show where it is damaged, a picture of the box and all packaging.  We will start a claim with USPS on your behalf.

I did not follow the tumbler care instructions that was included in my order?

Each tumbler includes care instructions.  You are responsible for your tumbler once it has been shipped.  Once you damage your tumbler you will have to purchase a new one , as we do not re-strip and or redo tumblers.
